La sociedad andaluza lleva d\u00e9cadas avanzando hacia la plena inclusi\u00f3n de la diversidad sexo-gen\u00e9rica y la participaci\u00f3n activa de las personas LGBTIQA+.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #fafafa;\">Del mismo modo, el deporte andaluz ha dado pasos de gigante: cada vez m\u00e1s clubes y federaciones visibilizan el respeto a las personas LGBTIQA+: cada vez m\u00e1s deportistas viven abiertamente sus identidades, orientaciones y expresiones sexo-gen\u00e9ricas no normativas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #fafafa;\">Los entornos deportivos tambi\u00e9n deben evolucionar para prevenir la discriminaci\u00f3n por LGBTI-fobia y garantizar a las personas LGBTI+ el derecho al disfrute de la pr\u00e1ctica deportiva y la actividad f\u00edsica, obligados por la Ley del Deporte y la Ley Trans aprobadas por el parlamento espa\u00f1ol y en vigor desde 2023, as\u00ed como por las dos leyes aprobadas por unanimidad en el Parlamento andaluz: Ley Trans de 2014 y Ley de Igualdad de Oportunidades para las personas LGBTI+ y sus familias de 2017.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #fafafa;\">Este curso pretende crear consciencia sobre las realidades de discriminaci\u00f3n y el miedo a la participaci\u00f3n a los que a\u00fan pueden enfrentarse las personas LGBTIQA+ en los entornos deportivos en Andaluc\u00eda, a la vez que facilita herramientas para la prevenci\u00f3n y protocolos de actuaci\u00f3n para la atenci\u00f3n de las personas trans, inter y no binarias.
